Host Process Rundll32 stopped working

Please follow the bellow steps to get rid of the error pop up.

1. Go to Control panel-> Folder option  
2. Now you will get a dialog box as show below                                                                      
3. Go to "view" tab and check the option " Always show icons, never thumbnails"           
4. Now you are all set and moving forward you wont get the error pop up again.
