Move sheet from one workbook to another excel

In order for you to move the sheet from one workbook to another we have to follow few simple steps which will allow you to move sheet from one workbook to another.

1.       First of all open the workbook and select the sheet which you want to move. Let consider the below example where “details” sheet need to be moved to another sheet.

 
2.       Right click on details tab and select “ move or copy” which will bring up a pop up windows as shown below in image
3.       Now you will have 2 section here, one is the “To book” – Select the workbook were you want to move and “Before sheet”- The sheet which you need to move
4.       Select the Workbook you want to transfer under the “To Book “ and Select the sheet which you need to move under the “before Sheet” section.
5.       Click on Ok and you are all set, the sheet will be moved to another workbook in the below image it is the example 2
6.       Similarly the coping sheet from one workbook to another can be done, the only change is you need to put a check mark on the “move or copy” pop up window.
