1. Click on the Firefox Icon at the top right corner of the Firefox browser and click on Help.
2. Under help category, click on 'Troubleshooting information'       
3.  You will see a new window pop up as Troubleshooting information. Now click on 'Reset Firefox'.                                        
4. Now Click on Reset Firefox on the new dialog box which showed up.                                         
5. Now you are all set, Open the close and open the Firefox and start browsing the Internet

2. Click on Tools -> Internet option                                                                                            
3.  You will have Internet options Dailog box opened up.
4. Another way to open Internet options is to Press and Hold the windows key and press R. You will see small Dialog box as 'Run', now type in 'inetcpl.cpl' and click on OK. 
5. Now go to the Advanced Tab.                                                                                                     
6. Click on Reset and you will get another Dialog box.  
7. It is not necessary to check the 'Delete personal settings' option. Now click on Reset.  
8. Click on Close and you are all set now.
9. Open the Internet explorer and start browsing the Internet.
